Shipping

• We ship UPS Ground and charge our actual cost for packaging materials, freight, and insurance.  We don't mark-up freight or charge handling fees.
• The C-60 ships in a single, triple-wall, 24" cube box which complies with UPS weight restrictions.  Since we do all of the sub-assembly work, this is just fastening the major components together.
• The total cost of shipping is usually between $100 and $150 in the continental 48 states.
• We're also happy to do customer pickup or meet in the greater DFW area at no cost.

Sales Tax - we collect 8.25% on shipments to Texas addresses.

Our Usual Process

1. You call or email and tell us you want a pit.
2. We email you an invoice when we're ready to ship.
3. You pay with an electronic (preferred) or paper check, and we ship or arrange your pickup as soon as the check clears.
4. Or, cash on the barrelhead always works!

Returns - you can, at any time, return your unused and unfired pit for a full refund of the purchase price.
