  1. Accessories included with your pit at no extra charge:
    • Grease wicks - we include two with each B-30 pit.  These are simple devices, made of stainless rod, that hook into the pit's drains and direct grease to regular soda cans.  They makes grease disposal - usually a messy job - pretty simple.
    • Fire tending hook - this simple tool, invented by accident, has proved its worth over time. It's a heavy stainless rod with a short hook on one end and a heat-resistent, phenolic handle on the other. Perfect for playing with your fire.
  2. Accessories sold seperately:
    • Convection Fan Module (CFM) - this unit attaches to the B-30 in seconds and provides several benefits.  First, it reduces cooking time by 25% on average.  Second, it improves temperature uniformity by continuously mixing the air in the cooking chamber.  Third, it tightens the temperature control from +/- 10F to +/- 3F band by blowing on the thermostat's bulb sensor.  An installed pendulum switch turns the fan off when the lid is raised.  The CFM plugs-in to a dedicated outlet on the B-30 pit.

    • Thermometer - this is an industrial-grade TelTru unit, specified for the B-30 pit.  It is stainless steel, hermetically sealed, and resettable.
